Epoxy Boss Inc. provides preparation-first concrete coating, repair, and surface-protection systems for homeowners, businesses, and property managers across Ontario. We proudly serve Innisfil and Simcoe County, including Barrie, Bradford, Cookstown, Alcona, Lefroy, and nearby communities; Stayner and the South Georgian Bay area, including Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Clearview, and Creemore; and Vaughan and York Region, including Maple, Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, and surrounding areas.
Our work includes garage floor coatings, full-broadcast flake systems, epoxy and polyaspartic systems, polished and decorative concrete, surface preparation and diamond grinding, coating removal, concrete repair, moisture and substrate solutions, and commercial or industrial flooring systems. Every project begins with the concrete. We assess the slab for cracks, weak areas, scaling, contamination, old coatings, moisture concerns, and the way the space will be used. Then we define the right preparation, repair scope, resin layers, decorative finish, and protective topcoat for the project.
Whether you are upgrading a residential garage in Innisfil, restoring a worn concrete floor near Stayner, or planning a commercial or industrial flooring system in Vaughan, Epoxy Boss delivers clearly specified systems built around the actual condition of the surface. Concrete prepared properly. Systems specified clearly. Floors built to perform.

We service all of Ontario, with free on-site estimates provided within the GTA. For projects more than one hour from the GTA, travel and accommodation charges apply to the installation.
Yes. We carry General Liability insurance and operate in line with Ontario health and safety requirements, with WHMIS training and WSIB coverage for every team member.
Our rates range from $6 to $35 per sq ft, depending on the slab condition, required repairs and the specific system you choose. Quotes are written in CAD with HST shown separately, and on-site estimates in the GTA are free.
We provide a written 5-year warranty for indoor residential floors and a 2-year warranty for outdoor and commercial work. It covers adhesion failures and workmanship-related defects under normal use, subject to the conditions outlined in the warranty.
Yes, as long as temperature and curing requirements are met. We use industrial heat cannons and cold-weather materials so heated garages, basements and commercial spaces can be coated through the winter.
You can usually walk on the floor after 24 hours and park vehicles after 48–72 hours. Colder temperatures slow the cure, so your quote includes the exact return-to-service time for your system.
No. We never install over damaged concrete. Full surface restoration and crack repair are part of our preparation process, because a coating is only as good as the slab beneath it.
