We service all of Ontario, with free on-site estimates provided within the GTA. For projects more than one hour from the GTA, travel and accommodation charges apply to the installation.
Our rates range from $6 to $35 per sq ft, depending on the slab condition, required repairs and the specific system you choose. Quotes are written in CAD with HST shown separately, and on-site estimates in the GTA are free.
We provide a written 5-year warranty for indoor residential floors and a 2-year warranty for outdoor and commercial work. It covers adhesion failures and workmanship-related defects under normal use, subject to the conditions outlined in the warranty.
Yes, as long as temperature and curing requirements are met. We use industrial heat cannons and cold-weather materials so heated garages, basements and commercial spaces can be coated through the winter.
Cars carry snow and slush loaded with de-icing salt into the garage, where it melts and pools, often near the door and under the wheels. Bare concrete is porous and absorbs that water. When temperatures swing around freezing, moisture in the surface expands and contracts, and the combination with chlorides is a common cause of scaling and pitting.
A sealed or coated surface limits how much reaches the concrete, which is the main reason Ontario garages are coated at all.
Epoxy bonds well and builds thickness, which makes it a good base layer, but many epoxies can yellow in sunlight, which matters at a garage door. Polyaspartic topcoats are chosen for UV stability and faster return to service, and many can be applied across a wider temperature range.
Most Ontario garage systems use both. The right combination depends on the product data, your slab and how you use the garage.
You can usually walk on the floor after 24 hours and park vehicles after 48–72 hours. Colder temperatures slow the cure, so your quote includes the exact return-to-service time for your system.
No. We never install over damaged concrete. Full surface restoration and crack repair are part of our preparation process, because a coating is only as good as the slab beneath it.
No. We use UV-stable topcoats that resist yellowing and keep the colour consistent for years.
Yes. We carry General Liability insurance and operate in line with Ontario health and safety requirements, with WHMIS training and WSIB coverage for every team member.
