Quartz flooring is selected for performance first, then customized for appearance and texture. Coloured quartz is broadcast into the wet resin, sealed, and protected with compatible clear coats. Epoxy Boss adjusts the resin chemistry, broadcast rate, topcoat, and finished traction according to the substrate, moisture conditions, cleaning procedures, chemical exposure, and traffic. The final system can range from a refined commercial texture to a more aggressive industrial finish.

Prepped and stable concrete foundation, repaired with polyurea.
Polyaspartic primer, with a moisture membrane where slab conditions require it.
Polyaspartic basecoat.
Quartz aggregate blended with polyaspartic and broadcast in two full passes.
Polyaspartic grout and seal coat.

Built for Ontario temperature swings, winter meltwater and constant wet cleaning without chalking or breaking down.
A double quartz broadcast produces maximum traction, which is what makes it work around water.
Handles heavy foot traffic, carts, pallet jacks and dragged loads without cracking or fading.
A wide range of quartz blends, from subtle sand tones to sharp contemporary contrast.
Colour stays stable after years of exposure instead of yellowing or going brittle.
Salt-laden slush tracked in at entrances does not undermine the film or its bond to the slab.
Tough on wear, lighter on the environment and on occupied spaces nearby.
The textured surface takes more effort to clean, but the seamless build means far less long-term upkeep.
Designed around cleaning chemicals, food acids, de-icers and accidental spills.
