This garage started with a bare concrete slab that showed clear signs of wear, porosity, and surface inconsistency. We implemented a full mechanically prepped epoxy flake system designed for long-term performance and durability. The process began with professional diamond grinding to properly profile the concrete, ensuring optimal adhesion. We then addressed surface imperfections before applying a high-performance epoxy base coat that bonds directly into the slab. A full flake broadcast was installed to create a textured, slip-resistant surface, followed by a durable clear topcoat for added protection against wear, moisture, and chemicals.
