We implemented a full mechanically prepped epoxy flake system designed for long-term performance and durability. The process began with professional diamond grinding to properly profile the concrete, ensuring optimal adhesion. We then addressed surface imperfections before applying a high-performance epoxy base coat that bonds directly into the slab. A full flake broadcast was installed to create a textured, slip-resistant surface, followed by a durable clear topcoat for added protection against wear, moisture, and chemicals. The final result is a seamless, easy-to-maintain floor system that significantly improves both the functionality and appearance of the garage while protecting the concrete for years to come.
