Epoxy Boss completed a project of approximately 248 sq. ft. in Pefferlaw, Ontario, removing the old coating from the entrance steps and landing and finishing the surface with a Nightfall flake system. The work was carried out in 2024 and was completed in one working day.
Taking off an existing coating before recoating gives the new system direct contact with the concrete instead of relying on a layer that is already wearing out.
Solution
The old coating was removed from the entrance steps and landing first. A flake system was then installed using Nightfall flakes and finished with a clear protective topcoat.

Once everything is confirmed, we lock in your project date. A 50% deposit secures your spot, allowing us to allocate materials and crew accordingly.

Day of the project
Our team completes full surface preparation including grinding and crack repair, followed by precise application of your selected multi-layered system based on manufacturer specifications.

Project Review
We walk through the finished space with you to ensure satisfaction. After approval, the remaining 50% balance is collected and the project is officially completed.
