We repaired every visible crack using Purepoxy PE-CF Fast urethane crack filler to restore the integrity of the surface. From there, we built up a full Metallic System that combined performance and style, layer by layer. A water-based 100% solids epoxy prime coat laid the foundation, followed by Purepoxy PE100 as the base coat at 20 mil thickness. The real showstopper came with the PE100LVX main coat at 32 mil, where we custom-blended the client’s chosen colors to create a fluid, high-impact look. We applied a P-WU satin finish polyurethane topcoat to complete the look, providing the floor with a rich, modern finish. Between each coat, we sanded with 200 grit and vacuumed to keep everything perfectly smooth and dust-free.
