To ensure long-term durability and safety, we implemented a three-stage crack repair process: grinding open the cracks, filling them with industrial-grade polyurea, and re-grinding to create a seamless surface. The flake system was the ideal choice because of its durability, slip resistance, and low maintenance, making it perfect for a high-traffic garage. We also coated the precast step to integrate it seamlessly with the flooring while eliminating trip hazards.
