Do you remove glue or tile adhesive before coating?
Yes. Proper glue removal ensures correct bonding and long-term durability.
Can you coat over old epoxy?
Sometimes. It depends on adhesion quality. In many cases, we mechanically remove or profile existing coatings first.
Do you visit the site before quoting?
For most projects, yes. For residential, sometimes for a preliminary quote, we might require just a few pictures and measurements, but for larger commercial or industrial jobs, we will require an on-site inspection to evaluate surface conditions. In any case, before any project starts, we will schedule an onsite visit with one of our techs to confirm all requirements and show samples.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We provide detailed written estimates after assessing scope, substrate condition, and system requirements.
Will the floor yellow or fade over time?
No, we use UV-stable topcoats that prevent yellowing and maintain color clarity for years.
Can you install your systems over cracks and pitted concrete?
No, we can't install our systems over damaged surfaces; we specialize in full surface restoration and crack repair as part of our prep process and there is no option for cutting corners here.
