We don't limit ourselves to basic epoxy. We build our floors using a massive
range of advanced, industrial-grade resins including Novolac, Polyaspartic, Polyurea, Polyurethane,
Aliphatic Urethanes, and heavy-duty Cementitious Urethane overlays!
Our Key Systems:
We construct multi-layer concrete coating systems using our industrial resins.
Our most popular options are the Vinyl Flake system (extreme durability), Solid
Color finishes, high-traction Quartz systems, luxury Metallic floors,
and Polished Concrete.
Our Preparation Process:
Proper surface preparation is the most critical part of our
installation! We use heavy-duty planetary diamond grinders to aggressively profile the concrete slab. We then chase
out and fill all cracks, gouges, and pitting with industrial-grade menders to ensure a flawless, seamless mechanical
bond before we apply any systems.
Standalone Services:
We also offer: Vertical Wall Coatings (direct-to-wall up
to 4 ft, baseboard, cove base), Industrial Line Painting ($6.50/linear foot), and Expansion
Joint Filling (Starting at $3.00/linear foot).
We proudly serve a 100+ km radius across Ontario, including York Region, Peel Region, Durham Region, Halton Region,
the City of Toronto, Hamilton, Simcoe County, and the District of Muskoka. If you are outside these areas, please

Our base daily minimums are $2,400 for standard systems, $3,500 for Polished Concrete, and $7,000 for Metallic
Epoxy.
Base estimates per square foot: Solid Color from $6.50, Flake from $7.00, Quartz from $8.50, and Floor
Prep from $1.30. Prices vary heavily by project size, so please use our Estimation tool!
For outdoor applications like porches and patios, we offer our Quartz System and UV-stable
Solid Color options.
For residential garages, we offer our Vinyl Flake system and Solid Color system.

We build heavy-duty floors for Commercial and Industrial spaces. Options include Quartz for kitchens, Metallic for
showrooms, and high-build Solid systems or Polished Concrete for warehouses and industrial facilities.
Slip Resistance:
All of our systems are built with safety in mind! Depending on your specific
environment, we incorporate specialized anti-slip aggregatesβranging from subtle traction additives in garages to
heavily textured quartz broadcasts for commercial wash bays.
Installation & Cure Time:
Most standard residential garage installations take 1 to 2 days to
complete, depending on the current condition of the concrete. Once the final clear coat is applied, the floor is
usually safe for light foot traffic within 24 hours, and fully cured for vehicles after 72 hours.
Clearing the Floor:
Yes, the floor must be completely clear of all items, vehicles, and debris
before our team arrives. We do not move appliances or heavy furniture, so please arrange to have the area emptied
beforehand!
Winter Installations:
Yes, we perform installations year-round! While cold weather requires
special considerations, our team is fully prepared. We seal the garage and use heavy-duty diesel heaters to properly
warm the concrete. Combined with our specialized polyaspartic resinsβwhich are engineered to cure chemically in cold
temperaturesβwe can safely execute your project during the winter.
Warranties:
We stand fiercely behind our work. Our standard residential interior floors come
with a limited 5-year warranty against peeling and delamination. We also provide comprehensive optional warranties
for commercial and industrial heavy-traffic installations.
Concrete Condition:
We can coat almost any concrete slabβbrand new or decades old! For new
concrete, it must cure for at least 30 days before coating. For older slabs, we aggressively diamond grind to remove
oil stains, sealants, and deeply embedded contaminants before applying our moisture-mitigating primer.
