Can I cancel or reschedule my project?
Yes, with at least 14 days’ notice. Late cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
You must: clear the work area; provide access and utilities; disclose known issues
What types of flooring systems do you offer?
We install advanced coating systems including epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurethane, polyurea, and aliphatic urethane, selected based on your space, usage, and environmental conditions.
What if my concrete has moisture issues?
We test for moisture. If needed, we install a moisture vapor barrier (MVB) to prevent bubbling or peeling.
Why is concrete grinding important before epoxy flooring?
Grinding ensures proper adhesion by creating a surface profile. Without it, coatings can fail - especially in high-moisture areas like Innisfil or Stayner.
Can epoxy handle hot tires and vehicle traffic?
Yes. Professional systems are designed to prevent hot tire pickup and handle daily vehicle use.
